How should I configure my linksys usb wireless adapter to connect to a belkin router?

Hi!
I try to connect my Linksys Wireless USB Adapter (WUSB54G SpeedBooster model) to my Belkin router. It connects but tends to disconnect quickly enough once I start surfing the net or download. I think the settings on my Linksys may be different from my router. How do I configure my Linksys adapter (fragmentation threshold, channel, etc.) to match the default settings on a Belkin router? Any suggestions on how to maintain the link? Thank you!

PS: Does anyone know the default settings for a Belkin router?
Thank you for the info but to clarify that I want to know what settings I need to match between the adapter and the router, either - fragmentation threshold, channel, ect. or if there is another reason why it would disconnect. I-do-security center windows have reduced mobility. Could it be?

On the router there is a reset button on the router, hold it for about 30 seconds still connected to the reset to factory settings.

As for the wireless card, once the router is reset it should just connect automatically unless the router is security enabled by default.

ARM vs. Atom: The battle for the next digital frontier

For once, Intel knows how it feels to be the underdog.

Over the past 25 years, Intel has risen to become the leading supplier of microprocessors for home and business computing, commanding a virtual monopoly in the market for desktop, laptop, and server CPUs. Even Apple has joined the choir .

But CEO Paul Otellini isn't content to stop there. He envisions a world in which Intel chips power every device, from the grandest server to the humblest media appliance -- a " continuum of computing " that spans many tiers of processor power, all united by Intel's x86 architecture.

Key to this vision is Atom, the most recent entry in Intel's processor line. Compact and extremely energy-efficient, Atom is already the leading CPU for netbook computers. With its latest, ultra-low-voltage versions of the chip, Intel is poised to take x86 even further down Otellini's continuum, away from PCs and into the world of handsets, media players, smart TVs, and other digital electronic devices.

Discovered networks are listed in order of signal strength. The advanced wireless search technology filters out 2.4GHz interference given off by microwave ovens, cordless phones, and Bluetooth devices to provide readouts only on working Wireless-G or -B networks. With the Wi-Fi Finder built into the unit, you no longer need to power on your PC to determine if there's a wireless network connection available.
